Exercises:
Ab Crunch
Bent Leg Lift
V-Sit Twist
Seated Back Extension
Recommended reps: 15 – 24 for each exercise
Recommended sets: 3 – 5
1 minute break between sets (1 set is all four exercises)

I wrote on Monday about using tubing for a total body workout.  I demonstrate in my latest video several exercises using the flat tubing which is an inexpensive but useful tool to have.

Routine:
Do 8 – 12 repetitions for each exercise

Chest: chest press, flys, pushups
Mid Back: seated row
Shoulder: overhead press
Legs: single leg squat, double leg squat low pulsing
Hamstrings: single leg Romanian deadlift, double leg Romanian deadlift
Biceps: curls, hammer curls
Triceps: overhead tricep extension, double tricep extension
Obliques: rotational raise (or reverse chop)
